K's Chili Cheese Fries 

Protein - Beef or chicken
Serves Approx -  2-3

Ingredients :
500 gms of French fries fried not salted
500 gms of shredded chicken or minced beef
Approx 1 cup  of shredded cabbage and carrots, mixed
1 medium sized onion finely chopped
1 tsp MAs grated garlic
1 tsp MAs  grated ginger
1 tsp MAs coriander powder
1 tsp MAs cumin powder
1/2 tsp MAs chilli powder
1 tbsp  ketchup
Handful of chopped corriander leaves
A cup of grated Mozarella cheese
Salt to taste 

Method :

Fry the French fries and leave aside without salting them.

In a pan sauté the onion,  ginger and  garlic till golden brown . Add chicken / beef and  vegetables and cook for about 5 to 7  minutes. Now add the dry spices and  ketchup and cook another few minutes until the flavour has been absorbed by the mix . Remove from fire.  
Pour over the French fries.  Then add grated cheese and chopped corriander leaves. Place  this dish in microwave till cheese melts . 

Ideally this should be served hot. But if you want to send it in an insulated lunch box , it will keep for about an hour.  

TIP :  To prevent the chips from getting soggy, double fry them till crisp.  And keep the chili mince very dry.
