Ingredients
200g chicken strips
½ tsp MA's Thai Red Curry Paste
½ tsp MA's Turmeric
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt & Pepper
50g lettuce strips
Naan or flatbread


For the satay sauce
1/4 cup peanuts
100ml MA's Coconut Milk
1/4 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch of salt

Directions

Marinate the chicken with curry paste, soy sauce, turmeric,salt and pepper.
Pan fry or grill the chicken.
Pulse all sauce ingredients until smooth and simmer on very low heat for 10 minutes.
Warm a naan and place some lettuce and chicken.
Add satay sauce and roll the naan.
